About Gail Eatmon

eatmon023I grew up in a rural area in the western part of Virginia. My family structure consisted of a Great Grandmother and Great Aunt. I learned at a very early age to be self sufficient and to take charge of my destiny. My faith is, and has been, the sustaining force in my life. My relationship with God continues to grow deeper as I allow him to “mold” me in His image.

Building strong relationships is extremely important to me, both in my work and my personal relationships. In the business world, I partner with businesses to create work environments where team members can excel, utilizing their natural strengths and gifts to full capacity. In life coaching, my passion is to help people discover their uniqueness and to fulfill their God-given destiny. In ministry, I help people break fear from destructive life patterns.

From early adolescence, I have enjoyed creating order and harmony where disorganization and turmoil were present. This desire to facilitate productive and synergetic environments has been a driving force for me. A career path in office administration has consisted of several industries and includes the Federal government, higher education and professional services firms.

Prior to starting my consulting business and ministry, I was employed for a public accounting and financial services firm for 15 years. I ended my career there as the Chief Administrative Officer. Moving to Lynchburg, Virginia, provided the opportunity, for my husband and I, to be closer to family and has provided opportunities for God to open up new horizons for us. Having lived here before, I was drawn back to the beauty and the people of Southwest Virginia.

As a human resource consultant, utilizing my multi-faceted background in administration, I bring foundational people solutions to businesses and non-for-profit organizations. I hold a BS degree from Regent University in Organizational Leadership and Management. I am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and I hold the Professional Human Resource designation from Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

My Core Values Include:

  • Faith
  • Harmony
  • Strong Relationships
  • Servanthood
  • Trust and Dependability
  • Efficiency and Organization
